The kitchen is managed directly by Chef Patron Fabrizio Polacchini who with passion and dedication wishes to give unique experiences and memories for your palates with his dishes.
Our culinary proposal, accompanied by a wide choice of local wines wisely recommended by our Maitre, will take you on a fantastic food and wine journey of flavors, aromas and colors.
Particular attention is also paid to younger guests to whom a card dedicated to them is reserved.

Ideal destination for meetings, weddings and private events
We offer a meeting room for about 40 people and, for smaller groups, a cosy room with a fireplace, which can also be used for coffee breaks. The meeting days could be broken up with fun and relaxing activities that help create both company identity and team spirit
We allow you to set your event or wedding, based on the date, in three different locations: on the large terrace with a 360 ° view of the mountains that surround it, in the elegant room with large windows, or for more informal events in our hut Freida Fountain, also with an outdoor terrace at 2000 meters. of share.
Cooking is entrusted personally to Chef Patron Fabrizio Polacchini, who prepares menus and buffets according to the requirements of each individual event.
Further services include: flowers, tableau, customized menus and place cards, photographic service, music and customized wedding list at out wellness centre.

I loved the restaurant inside the hotel, besides the magnificent view, the staff were really exceptional and the waiter who served us very competent and professional. The recommended dishes were all really excellent. Tournaments are happy both in the structure and in the restaurant!

Pure relaxation
Our room was very nice, clean and quiet. The staff is very kind, the hotel in a great location, especially for the silence. Chamois is a small paradise, perfect for relaxing and doing sports (skiing or walking). The hotel restaurant is very good, fair prices.

Wonderful stay
Magnificent hotel in a fairytale setting. Clean well furnished room. The restaurant with a la carte and non-à la carte menus is excellent. Traditional dishes of the Valley with a touch of reinterpretation. The breakfast was excellent.
